St. Louis Style Thin-Crust (Available Jan 20th!)
St. Louis Style pizza is known for its thin, cracker-like square
cut crust. Topped edge-to-edge using a sweet, tomato and
oregano sauce then generously loaded with toppings. Its most
distinctive feature is the use of Provel cheese—a creamy,
blend of Swiss, provolone and cheddar that melts

To create the Cleveland Deep-Dish pizza, we combined what you love most about our Cleveland and Detroit Style pizzas! This new pizza style is made with a crispy cheddar outer crust, a base that is extra thick and airy with a crispy undercarriage! Served with our 60+ year old Original Pizza Sauce and topped with our Provolone/Mozzarella cheese blend!To create the Cleveland Deep-Dish pizza, we combined what you love most about our Cleveland and Detroit Style pizzas! Cleveland Style Crust is a "Bread-Like" crust that is soft & pillowy with a nice lite crunch to the crust. The Cleveland Crimp Crust is the same dough as the Original but with the crust crimped just like the pizza we won with on Hulu's "Best in Dough" competiton!
Cleveland Style Pizzas are made with our Original Tomtato Sauce and Prov/Mozz blend unless otherwise specified or if its a Specialty Pizza.

Columbus Style Thin
Columbus is FAMOUS for it's Thin & Crispy Square cut Pizzas and we weren't about to sleep on that, but we knew we had to hit it out of the PARK! Our version is Garlicy, Buttery & Crispy!
This crust replaces our previous thin crust option & is available in Small, Medium and Large sizes!

Detroit Style
We were the first to bring Detroit Style Pizza to Cleveland in 2017 & it has been a HUGE hit!
Detroit Style Pizza is a Thick, Airy, Buttery & Crunchy crust with a caramelized cheese edge all the way around. It gets sauce ON TOP after it's baked with 8 slices. Even with only 8 sliced this pizza is FILLING, it eats like a Large!

After bringing the Detroit Pizza to Cleveland in 2017 we quickly started working on what would become the BEST Gluten-Free crust avaialble in Ohio!
The Flour is imported straight from Italy and each one is made by hand! This crust brings REAL pizza to those that are Gluten sensitive.
All GF-Detroit pizzas are made like the regular Detroit Pizza with our Sweet Crushed Tomato Sauce on top after its baked unless otherwise specified or a Specialty Recipe.
