I ordered two half-sheet pizzas for a 12:30 PM pickup today, and I can honestly say it was the best pizza I've ever had in my life. The quality, flavor, and freshness were absolutely outstanding. What made the experience even better was the exceptional service. Jason, the manager, was the only person working in the store, yet he made sure both pizzas were ready right on time, fresh out of the oven, and perfect. Despite being incredibly busy, he took the time to be friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. It's rare to find both amazing food and outstanding customer service in one place, but Master Pizza in Copley absolutely delivered on both. If you're looking for incredible pizza and a team that truly cares about their customers, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be back!

This is, hands down, the best gluten free crust I've ever gotten from a pizza place. It's yeast risen and THICK! Plus they have dairy free cheese so I can get a real pizza here. It's pricey, but perfect for a splurge night!

All the time I recommend Master Pizzas Cleveland Deep Dish pizza! Its the best crust I have ever had on a pizza, like a pizza made on foccacia! Even the vegan pizza blows me away.

My name is David w. and today I called and ordered at 11:14am Master Pizza in Copley to ask about their gluten-free cauliflower crust because I wanted to order a pizza for my granddaughter, who has a severe gluten allergy. As a family, we take her allergy very seriously, so I had quite a few questions before placing an order. Jason was the person who helped me, and he was absolutely outstanding. He was patient, polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question without making me feel rushed. His professionalism and genuine concern gave me the confidence to place our order, knowing our family's needs were being taken seriously. The pizza was fantastic, and the customer service was even better. It's refreshing to find a business that truly cares about its customers. Master Pizza in Copley has definitely earned our trust, and this will be our family's go-to pizza spot from now on. Thank you, Jason, for making such a positive experience for our family!
Cleveland Deep-Dish review by Justin
I didn't know exactly what a Cleveland Deep-Dish really was before I tried it. When I did though, I was quite surprised to know it comes with a cheesy crust that adds to an already delicious pizza. When a pizza prioritizes its crust, not leaving it plain or dry, it enhances the entire pie. The closest Master Pizza is a bit out of my way but I surely make time to visit when I can. Keep up the great work and best of luck as you grow your company.
